Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

Account Registration

3.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings.

3.2 During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name (matching your National ID / KTP), date of birth, Indonesian mobile telephone number, and a valid email address. sin777 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate registration information.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. Notify sin777 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3.4 Account registration is free of charge. sin777 does not charge fees for creating an Account.

Identity Verification (KYC)

4.1 sin777 is required to verify the identity of all users prior to processing withdrawals and, in some cases, prior to certain deposit thresholds. KYC procedures are conducted in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards.

4.2 Verification documents typically required include:

Deposits

5.3 The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. No maximum deposit limit is imposed at the platform level, although individual payment method limits apply and may vary by tier.

5.4 sin777 does not charge deposit processing fees. However, third-party banking or e-wallet fees may apply depending on your financial service provider.

5.5 Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmed receipt. During high-traffic periods or scheduled bank maintenance windows, processing may be slightly delayed. sin777 accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and matching your verified Account details. sin777 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no standard maximum per transaction at the platform level; however, higher amounts may be subject to enhanced verification procedures.

6.3 Standard withdrawal processing times:

• Bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others): typically 5–15 minutes during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB on weekdays). Requests submitted outside these hours are queued for next-business-day processing.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the latter prevail.

7.2 Unless otherwise stated, the following standard conditions apply to all bonus offers:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a stated number of times (e.g., 30x) before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount only unless stated otherwise.

Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 All bets and game rounds are subject to the specific rules applicable to that market or game type, which are displayed within the relevant product interface. By placing a bet or initiating a game round, you confirm acceptance of those specific rules.

8.2 Sports Betting: Pre-match and live in-play betting markets are offered across Indonesian and international competitions including BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, AFF Cup, and others. Intellectual Property

12.4 Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your Account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.5 sin777 is not liable for any losses resulting from factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, government action, public health emergencies, telecommunications failures, internet service provider outages, or labour disputes.

14.2 Upon suspension, all pending bets will be settled according to their outcome and your Account balance (excluding any bonus funds or disputed amounts) will remain available for withdrawal once KYC verification is complete and any investigations are concluded.

14.3 Upon permanent closure for breach of Terms, sin777 reserves the right to void all pending bets, confiscate remaining balances including winnings obtained in breach of these Terms, and retain funds to offset any damages or costs incurred.

14.4 You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, you remain liable for all obligations incurred prior to closure, and any outstanding balances will be processed subject to standard withdrawal procedures.

Amendments

15.1 sin777 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be posted on the Platform and, where practicable, communicated via email to registered users.

15.2 Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any modifications, you must cease using the Services immediately and close your Account.

Governing Law
